Mirror Mirror!

Drawing with both hands at the same time is FUN!
This workshop uses some of the teachings of Dr Betty Edwards who coined the phrase “Right Brain Drawing” in the 1980’s.
We can release our expectations of being “good at drawing” if we allow the emotional right side of our brains to feel our way into mark-making, rather than the analytical and critical left brain. Having to use both hands at the same time feels more like a musician playing the piano!
We used these gorgeous Jewel Beetles and butterflies as reference because they are symmetrical… and of course, BEAUTIFUL.
